Finally, MU 2.0!  The mighty snout bursts forth from the blog that was just too small to hold it, followed by its four trotters and finally its curly end. For the past few years Maiale Ubriaco (drunken pig) has encouraged us to demonstrate our passions and invite people into our kitchens and we enjoyed it so much we thought it would be worthwhile introducing our refined little swine to this side of the world.
